Leave It With Me respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
• Account Information: Your email address and authentication credentials used to secure your account.
• Life Admin Items: Item names, categories, renewal dates, attention states, notes, and records you choose to store in the App.
• Device & Notification Data: Push notification tokens and device installation identifiers required to deliver reminder notifications to your device.
• Technical & Diagnostic Data: Anonymous error logs and performance metrics to help us maintain system reliability.
We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including:
• Authenticating your identity and restoring your session.
• Storing, managing, and displaying your tracked life-admin items.
• Calculating deadlines and dispatching scheduled push notifications.
• Providing customer support and troubleshooting.
Your data is transmitted securely using industry-standard TLS encryption. Sensitive authentication tokens stored on your device are protected using secure operating system keychains (Expo SecureStore).
Backend data is hosted in secure, isolated cloud infrastructure (AWS) with strict access controls.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with trusted infrastructure service providers (such as cloud hosting and push notification delivery services) strictly necessary to operate the service.
You have full control over your data. You may:
• View, edit, and delete any of your tracked items directly within the App.
• Enable or disable reminder push notifications at any time in App Settings or your device settings.
• Request account deletion in Settings or, if you cannot use the App, by emailing admin@sharpshot.dev.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated revision date and version number.
