If you can sign in, open Settings and select Delete account. Follow the verification and confirmation steps in the app to submit your request directly. This is the quickest and easiest way to request deletion.
If you cannot use the app, email admin@sharpshot.dev from the email address associated with your account. State that you want your Leave It With Me account deleted. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
Never include your password, verification codes, or security tokens in an email.
When deletion completes, we delete your account identity and profile, saved life-admin items and notes, notification settings, device installation identifiers and push tokens, reminder plans and records, and the app's local session, cached data, and drafts.
A minimal account-deletion operation record containing an operation ID, status, and request time is retained in our database to make deletion requests reliable and idempotent. It has no configured automatic expiry. Reminder messages already queued may remain for up to 4 days, and dead-letter queue messages for up to 14 days; our workers prevent reminders from being sent for accounts being deleted or already deleted. Production operational logs are retained for up to 3 months.
Account deletion is permanent after it is completed. Email requests require manual handling and may take longer than submitting the request in the app.
